All materials are self-collection at our Defu Lane or Joo Koon facilities.
The deposit ensures the unit is returned in good condition. Once dues are settled and the unit is vacated properly, the deposit is fully refunded. This is standard practice among storage providers in Singapore.
Traditional warehouses often require long-term commitments and inflexible space usage, resulting in higher costs. At The Storage Place, you only pay for the space you need. You can upsize or downsize anytime (subject to availability), with no long-term contract, making self-storage more flexible and cost-efficient.
